My "not so dead' flower

Ok, so here is the flower. It has not only survived life with me, it is thriving. I love the tenacity in this flower! It refuses to just give in and die! I of course, had to try a few little touch ups with one of the pics and I think I am feeling more and more comfortable with trying stuff out.

But of course, it is pretty hard to improve upon nature.
